The authorities halted construction because the security measures were a total joke. Safety nets not strong enough or absent, or no safety precautions at all. The taxi driver died. It's a miracle that there's only one victim, given the fact that this happened right in front of the busy Restaurant Boulevard.
This is supposedly a high-end condo project with apartments selling for about $350k, and this flim flam developer can't even provide security?
