In case you didn't guess: All this great news we read on the website of Panama's premier scam pimp, the sociopath Don Winner. What do you do when you run a scam and you've sucked all you can get out of its victims? Right, you d it again, this time with help from the Wanker-Weiner! Donald "never a scam I didn't like" Winner will spin for you some story about some evil company that took all the money - without of course naming the real culprits - and more blah blah, so that the victims will restructure their contract under a vague trust arrangement and see their "project" promoted on a website that doesn't list any principals, brags about a project (Naos Harbour Islas) that has been stalled for years now because there weren't any permits, and so on.
But here's the worst in this sleazy deal where even the clients have blood on their hands: Marco Shrem Gateno is a dirty arms trafficker who, according to a report by the Organization of American States, was a partner in a high-profile arms deal with the Colombian AUC terrorist organization. Those are the kind of guys who go into a village and massacre men, women and children with chainsaws and using whatever other tools Don Winner's new best friend is willing to supply them with. How are you feeling, clients, having bought into this merchant of death's little white men's beach fantasy and reading Don "never a war crime I didn't like" Winner's paid spin about it?
