Noriega Not Dead Yet

Never mind that he will sit in a stinking prison cell for the rest of his life: Don't sell his mansion! The former narco-dictator is suing Panama because the government here wants to auction his house, the posh villa in the posh Altos del Golf neighborhood of the capital. And that, says Noriega, is simply not done and violates his right to own stuff even if he'll never use it again, ever. He's probably bored.

And we the American tax payers have to finance his comfortable living until he die. Why not just send him to Iraq with a tooth pick as his weapon.
