CAMBIO DEMOCRATICO BUILDS NEW CLUBHOUSE
We first saw this picture on a billboard in Obarrio and wondered what on earth presidential candidate Ricardo Martinelli was doing here. Turns out that his campaign is so poor that they have to build a campaign headquarters from mud! Also: note how the candidate has somehow managed to get his back all dirty. Has been rolling manically in the stuff, obviously. More shocking pictures after the jump.

Here we see Martinelli doing a tipico Panamanian mud dance.
The only asset of the Martinelli campaign is the candidate's Rolex. And the candidate himself, of course.
The contours of the new club house become visible. Martinelli soon left and let his supporters finish the job, which they didn't.2 comments

you can just picture him ordering one of his lackies to smear mud on his back so he can look like a real paisano for the photo-op.

I was looking at this picture for some time and didn't even notice the mud-splattered kid on the left hand side. He has literally become one with the earth.
I also love the look on the kid's face. He seems to be thinking, "Why is this man even here? Doesn't he realize that this mud slinging stuff is for kids?"
I really don't have anything personal against Martinelli, and I've heard quite a bit about his antics. I'd rather see him win than Bim Bim.
