Our own political serial killer Daniel Delgado Diamante was never tried or investigated or otherwise processed, says his former boss, Rubén Darío Paredes. Slander! This can't be true, because if it were it would mean that DDD will probably go to rot in jail forever, and this goes against everything Panama stands for such as class justice, impunity and corruption.

Luckily, DDD's fellow Norieguista gorillas and gibbons are rallying around the embattled killer-on-the-loose. "I believe in him", was the soap opera line that Balbina Herrera delivered today. Similar comments could be heard from other such heroic Noriega foot soldiers as comandante Colamarco and Hector Aleman. Matones, presente!

Besides, we don't understand what all the fuzz is about anyway. TVN reports in an exclusive that DDD filed papers with the Attorney General showing that the widow of the murder victim was given a job with the killer government of Martin's daddy Torrijos for $110 per month and a $50 pension for each of the orphans, by way of indemnification. With money like that, who's complaining?

In situations where people are charged to carry weapons situations frequently arise in which those people placed into situations where they are forced to use those weapons. In 1970 there were no police officers in Panama - the military members of the National Guard were the "police." And the more I hear and read about the case of the shooting death of Corporal Andres Garcia in February 1970, the more I am starting to think that it was basically a "good shoot" - meaning that the version of events told by most people seem to indicate Delgado Diamante fired in self defense.

Typically Winner. All witnesses say the victim was unarmed at the time of the shooting and there is no evidence otherwise. Another one of his shitty statements made up out of thin air. Let's see, he accuses a murder victim of being a drug trafficker, accuses a husband of murdering his wife, accuses a murder victim of being shot in self-defense, accuses people of being fugitives when they're demonstrably not - and all that without any evidence, without any proof, just plain wicked fantasy. The man is delusional, dangerously insane. He should be stopped.

Chief Inspector Scam Pimp's ability to solve a 38 year old crime with no access to the case file is uncanny. He just checks his emails, surfs the web, consults his magic 8 ball and voila! Crime solved, case closed. Fuck whatever the witnesses to the murder have to say. Fuck the murder victim's family. It was a "good shoot". He deserved it. Just like the guy in Bocas.
