Assembly Seeks to Stop Gringo Piracy

Finally they're discussing something useful at our biggest tax-free car dealership. The Salas-Becker Agreement, which legalizes piracy by evil gringos in our territorial waters. Supposedly that is to stop drug trafficking, but we all know that these Americans just love drug trafficking. The real reason is of course that these US marine criminals want to be able to arrest anyone anywhere as they please and make them disappear. That already happened with a number of Panamanian sailors they claim were involved in running cocaine. Vanished. It's like these CIA rendition flights, but at sea. The National Assembly now wants to put a stop to these criminal activities because they can't make any money off it it is a violation of Panama's sovereignty. An initiative we wholeheartedly agree with.
